Recently, I wrote a post for The Bindu about why I love yoga.
I really wanted to start it with, “Hi. My name is Sally, and I’ve been a yoga addict for more than 17 years.”
But I didn’t. Instead I shared my top 3 reasons for being hopelessly and forever in love with yoga:
- It keeps me sane, even when other coping mechanisms don’t.
- I get to be “just” a yogi, shedding all of my other roles.
- I get to have fun with my imperfections, instead of lamenting them.
